Managed the FINRA/OATS Expansion project for Citi’s internal systems applying FINRA’s rule changes expanding the OATS rule to all NMS stocks, along with other technical enhancements to comply with FINRA’s mandate
Supported the Morgan Stanley Smith Barney Joint Venture to assure Citi expectations are realized
Sunset Citi’s legacy systems coordinating with development teams to make certain all functionalities are accounted for in current systems and systems under development

Instrumental in the launch of the initial NYSE Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), NYSE Exchange Traded Notes (ETNs) and NYSE Exchange Traded Indexes allowing these new products to be traded for the first time
